You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Generally,the delay or failure delivery is sometimes caused by the policy of different customs. Warranty:
If you find someting wrong with the material or the producing process of the products. It would be nice if you can send the photos to us. After our checking, we can change a new one for you.But the items must be back in factory condition. That means you have not ever washed it.The returning shipping fee must be paid by yourself. Hope your kind understanding.
But if the products were damaged just because you wash them against the washing notes made by company. We are sorry to refuse your change or money back.

If your tracking number says that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact your local USPS to address the issue directly with them. Once your item ships the package is not our responsibility. We do not issue refunds for packages that USPS confirms as being delivered.
If your item(s) are out of stock or unavailable at the time to ship, we may ship the items that are available first and will wait to ship the remaining items or issue you store credit if the wait time is too long.
If your item is out of stock you will be given the option of a refund, exchange, or store credit.
If your order comes up as "High risk" we will contact you asking you to verify the purchase that was made with the debit/credit card such as a form of proof of identity. If the information is not provided with 24 hours your order will be canceled to prevent fraud.
